For 11 days the city of Zurich is celebrated as a culinary hotspot; as a meeting place for connoisseurs, curious and families.
Every year, the festival celebrates food culture in all its facets, from street food to slow food to fine food. Experimental Swiss dishes meet traditional recipes and international trends, established restaurants meet surprising scenes. The rich program, which also co-designs young chefs and restaurateurs, invites to tinkering, discovering and discussing scientific innovations.
Short: as a paradise for food aficionados of all stripes. It is fed and cooked in every imaginable location: in established restaurants as well as in tunnels, in museums, in castles or private homes. Many occasions invite small and big connoisseurs to participate, be it in cooking classes, workshops or tastings. Local variety as far as the eye can see.
